fastspring would not refund a duplicate subscription purchased in error

Hi @hivetool, I checked your payments via Fastspring and there is one from June 2022 and 2021, which should renew again in June. However, the auto-renewal is canceled and you made a second purchase this April.

Unfortunately, I cannot refund your payment from April, because we refund only purchases not older than 14 days.
