After I delete that data, it always comes back, even with the iCloud Windy option turned off, after opening Windy or viewing its widget.</p>

We use iCloud for minimum of data that provides better stability and communication between iPhone and Apple Watch Windy apps. However, we talk only about units of MegaBytes.</p>
