Unsolved Cannot receive verification email

I am using outlook email but I am never able to receive verification emails, I have checked all folders including the spam folder. Please help me.

Hi @qiaofanxing, which emails do you have specifically on your mind, please? If you need to verify email address on the end of Windy, I handled that for you already.

If I remember when a new user creates his account, there is a verification of email. If I am right he should receive an verification email from Windy. -
