Refund needed

I was just charged $39.99 for a subscription to your service and need a refund. I don't use the app and have no need for it. I am currently homeless living out of my car and that was literally all the money I had. I just started a new job and My dad sent me $40 last night to help me get through until Friday when I'll get my first paycheck. Without that money I will not have the gas to make it to work or anything to eat. I immediately cancelled my membership once I saw the charge and I understand this means I will immediately lose access to any of the pro features I'm cool with that just please refund the money. Are you referring to the app of Windy.com with a red logo? On Windy.com the subscription cost is not that you mention and there is no Pro feature, but Premium features. It seems that you are not on the right place if you subscribed to an app with same name but with a blue logo.
