Location for weather forecast on apple watch

It looks like that the forecast on the apple watch is not an interpolation for the exact gps location, but rather a location with weather data nearby. Is this correct? Can you change settings to get a weather forecast for the exact location?

@idefix37 Thanks for your help! Windy can use gps data for watch and iphone. Still to me it seems it is using the nearest location. On iphone it finds landscape locations like mountain peaks. On watch when pushing the arrow for selecting the gps location the windy shows the name of a village close by and not the mountain name
