Menu not appearing in top left corner, just the Windy logo Windows 11 Home

I am using windy under a premium subscription. When I go onto the site and login I am unable to access the menu that allows me to upload gpx files and access them via route planner. It makes me right click on the map, choose a start point and then manually create the course. It displays each of the waypoints in a black box on the left side showing their lat/lomg and distance to next waypoint. However.
I am unable to get it to show the basic weather forecast for the entire route where the start, timeline and finish are at the top of the table and the the wind, gusts, waves precipitation each appear in rows showing the different values across the entire route. I can get the table for a single location across time but not for the whole route. I am on an ACER SPIN Laptop WIndows 11 home with display resolution set at 1920x780 (recommended). I have tried other resolutions, but it doesn't help.
I opened it on my older laptop running windows 10 home and I had the menu, gpx upload and route planner options there and working. fine.
