Riviera temperatures

Love your work, just that French Riviera temperatures are routinely way lower than actual, by 6 to 10 degrees. I noticed the same for North African Med coastline. Any way to correct?

Hi, on the seashore we know that global models provide lower temperatures. Near the sea the accuracy of these weather models with medium resolution depends on the position of their grid points, some on the sea and some on the land. The solution is to take forecast points few km away from seashore or to use high resolution models like AROME.
I would also recommend Meteoblue in point forecast panel. This model provide a corrected temperature on seashore.
