provide the ability to set the default weather model!

People have been asking for this for years. I live in the Southwest USA. Ecmwf is completely wrong and unreliable here. We need to use North American mesoscale, with a fallback of high resolution rapid refresh. Come on man! Let us pick the default model. Every time I open the app the first thing I have to do is change it from ecmwf which is useless here.

In Settings -> Start-up location and layer -> Start-up layer -> Use last overlay. Then you need to leave the app using your preferred model.
