How can I cancel my preauthorized payment on Paypal?

Hello, I tried to subscribe Windy Premium with paypal using my debit card several times, however they all failed for some unknown reason. At last I directly used Alipay that fastspring supports to buy windy premium for 1 year.

Here's the problem, Those previous failed orders are still ongoing. Paypal shows that I preauthorized 4 orders to fastspring with $18.99 each.
And those money are frozed in my debit card and I cannot use it. It's been half a month long, seems like FastSpring is not going to handle those orders anymore, nor will they cancel it.
