Subscription refund

I just purchased premium for the root planner only to find out it doesn’t work on apple devices! No warnings that there are problems with the apple platform ! I have now cancelled the subscription and I want my money back!!

Hi @Colin2025, the route planned will be available on mobile devices in a few weeks in the new version and it should work completely same as in our web app. However, if you want to get a refund, let me know and I will handle that for you.
