Login errors

Hi,
I have purchased windy premium on Android, and then created an account (just email) through my phone. I can't access this account in a browser. When I reset the password, it then works in the browser (and is missing premium) but has incorrect password in the app and I can't use the account there.
Can you please help?

Hi @crohr88, you will need to restore your purchase by following the steps below:
- Open the Windy.com app and log in with your account
- Open the subscription offer and click on “restore purchases.”
This action has to be done on your Android phone and should assign the Premium to your account. Then you can use it across your devices.
