      Hi ppl, please return the desktop version to as it was or please please give us a legacy version we can use !!!!! This really sucks!! PLEASEEEEE!

        This issue seems to have been addressed today, the UI on my laptop again allows me to advance the timeline. Very quick and effective response, I appreciate that!

          I have canceled my subscription because the new update is totally unusable crap. Are the premium accounts now just beta testers who are paying for the privilege?

              @Ondřej-Šutera I am unable since the format has been changed back to the older version. I do have an update to add. I was able to find the "find my location" in the new version that gave me the "little blue dot." However, I never did figure out how to get the rather large "dot and arrow" locater from popping up when I did not want it to. BTW, I have both the windows 10 and 11 browsers on multiple computers and both have reverted to the old version.

                @hedgeworth We fixed the issue with mobile version on the destkop, can you please confirm that you see standard desktop version? Or can you let us know, which device you are using that you still have certain issues?

                    Hello,
                    the notebook has a touch screen and touch pad. My comment is related to the usage of an ordinary mouse with wheel, while the touch pad is inactive and the touch screen is active and not used.
                    Today I see that you are back to the previous version for PC & smartphone.
                    Frankly speaking, the new version for me has no advantages, but disadvantages. As some noted already, I might change to another App (wind finder, ...)too, if the update brings disadvantages.
                    For example I was missing to set the flag in the map with the display of wind speed/direction and the arrow to open the weather forecast. The new version with the cross in the center and then moving the location under the cross, restricts the section of the map. I sometimes have the flag in one corner of the visible map to compare to other locations. It is my feeling, that some software designer(s) just have to change something. Is there anyone in your team who daily uses Windy?

                        @Nevermeggs Hi, thank you for the feedback. We already released the correct version for the desktop. That previous one, that you could see on Tuesday, was a bug in device recognition on our end and your laptop shouldn't get this version at all. So I am sorry about this.
