@baidandan This issue is connected to an issue of Chinese users with the connection. We still don't know, if it is possible to manage this, because it looks like there is certain blocking from the end of Chinese infrastructure.
Do you have possibility to access Windy via VPN? It should work normally. Or if you are able to provide me with your DNS server and network tab from the browser dev console, it would help colleagues to investigate the issue.
