Zulu time and local time not showing properly

I've been having issues since upgrading to premium where the time bar won't display Zulu time and local time properly as I move around the world. Here is an example over Japan. It doesn't seem to matter if I'm on the mobile app or a browser.

Hi @wolvobirder, it should display your local time and Zulu one, are you in Japan or anywhere else?

@Ondřej-Šutera No I'm in the UK but I thought the local time changed depending on what part of the world you were looking at. Is that no longer the case?

@wolvobirder No, the time on the left side is your local one and the second one is Zulu time.

@Ondřej-Šutera ok but when you pull up a table the time switches to the local time of the place you are viewing which is quite confusing. Why can't this be replicated when just viewing the map? I could of sworn that it always used to do this which is why I flagged it as a bug.
