When adding NEW webcam, Windy says it already exists

I am trying to add a NEW webcam.
URL of the webcam is: https://oavv.segemar.gob.ar/show_webcam.php?volcan=ID&sitio=NIDWhen I proceed to add it, Windy will say it already exists, which is wrong.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Add the new webcam
2) Windy will complain saying it already has the webcam
3) Checking the other webcam URL, it is clearly a different one
There is a bug on the Windy URL parsing, making it think it is an existent webcam.

But now it seems it doesn't like when I click the location:
Coordinates are: -62.430,-60.636

@OAVV-SEGEMAR can you please select location somewhere else on the ground? Colleagues are aware of this issue with that island and work on the fix but now is okay to add this anywhere else and we will move the webcam then on the right location on our end.
