Then you can purchase a new one with new AppleID. Unfortunately, since Apple subscription management cannot be accessed from our end, you need to manage it on your own.

Renewing is not possible if you have completely new Apple ID and the previous purchase was made on this platform with the old one. I would recommend cancellation of the old one or waiting for the cancellation and then you can purchase completely new subscription.
