We're having issues with renewing your subscription

I cannot renewing my subscription… maybe due to change of my Apple ID…

Renewing is not possible if you have completely new Apple ID and the previous purchase was made on this platform with the old one. I would recommend cancellation of the old one or waiting for the cancellation and then you can purchase completely new subscription. -
How is possible to cancel it? Or how long I have to wait for automatic cancellation…

@Jiri-Omacht You can cancel it manually in your Google Play account, but I am not sure to be honest, if it is possible to turn auto-renewal off or cancel it directly.

Thank you …. But I am still at the beginning…. I have Apple mobile and I don’t know what I have to do it… can you describe it more easier way?

@Jiri-Omacht If you purchased your Premium subscription with old Apple ID, you should access that Apple ID (you can do that in browser) and cancel the auto-renewal of subscription.
Then you can purchase a new one with new AppleID. Unfortunately, since Apple subscription management cannot be accessed from our end, you need to manage it on your own.
