Unable to access paid subscription benefits

I have been paying for a premium subscription for over 5 months and I am not getting the service. I renew through My apple ID. However when I try to « restore purchase » i just get the run around saying please sign in through your email. I have tried. No dice. I will never renew again unless someone can get in touch and help sort this out!

@Robert-Pugsley I have the same problem. Actually, the email the app shows in order to report a problem, doesnt work.
