Subscribed Twice

I seem to have accidentally subscribed twice. Going into subscription management I can see two annual subs active, same date, it's not like it stacked. Can I get a refund on one of the two if possible, and if not, could we get them to at least stack for next year, instead of basically paying twice the price for a year.
