GPS Position vs IP Address Geolocation

I'm sailing around the world using Starlink for my Internet connection.

When I open Windy app,sometimes I get my real GPS position and sometimes I get the position of the IP address which of course is not what I need!
Also, even touching the home icon, the location icon or the "find my location" option, it takes a very long time to get a position, and even after waiting, most of the times it is the IP geopositon instead of the GPS one.

I'm using an iPhone and an iPad, this happens in both devices. Both have a built in GPS.

In comparison, when I open Navionics Boating app, my position appear instantly and perfectly based on my GPS data.

I'd like to have Windy acquire. my position from GPS as soon as I open the app, instantly, no wait time, just like Navionics does.
