windy premium the end

I'm a sailor. I've been an early fan of free windy. Quickly, I found the service so great, I decided to participate (of course). As the rules changed, I stayed tuned, I became Windy premium.
Last year, I renewed my subscription, I thought it would be automatically done, as it used to be. That year, I used windy very few. One day, I realised that I was not connected. And it was so complicated to get actually to the service, that I failed to get to it (ok, I am not a digital native or computer fan, it happens). This little sign "windy premium" shaking on my screen got me mad several times.. I had paid for it!
My subscription is ending this month. I will not come back... unless you simplify the way to get to the service we paid for. -
Hi @lbregentzer, we are sorry about any troubles, you had with our Premium. Basically, we use third-party providers for the whole subscription management. Fastspring is set for in-browser purchases, and Google Play and AppStore are for in-app purchases. According to these various options, we probably cannot get this done more easier. However, we prepared certain instructions about how to handle assigning the subscription to an account here on our community.
Also, if you are logged in and purchase the subscription, subscription is automatically assigned to an account, and you only need to login with same credentials on other devices, if you want to use the Premium on more platforms.
