There is a limit which was exceeded and that is the reason why this wasn't possible. Then the Fastspring started to block the card because of many attempts until June 22, 2023. So please check this limit on your end and try it that day again please.

Also, there is no issue with Windy or Fastspring, and MasterCard.

i been told from my bank that windy.com pay method been blocked by MasterCard comapany itself as saftey precaution for debit card.

So you should be able to purchase a new one now. If you get any errors, please share any screenshots of these errors so we can get further info.
