Latitude

Can you add a latitude longitude setting when I click on a specific spot? It would be nice when viewing a particularly stormy area.

This is already available.
In Settings select Weather picker contains lat lon

Is there a way to latitude in decimal degrees rather than min, sec?

No the coordinates are only displayed in DMS format.
But you can enter lat lon in DD format, degree decimal.
