Annual premium sub not active

Hi,

I purchased a 1-year premium sub last year which expires on the 24 Jul. But when I log in with the account, it's prompting me to upgrade to a premium subscription. I can find no way to activate it, and no apparent support other than the community. How do I get this resolved?
