In your other post, it looks like the top picture is the website, and the bottom picture is the app.

ok but previously,and just after getting premium,without doing anything,I had the 2D/3D possibility,and the side menu in the map and also the pottom menu allowing to change the weather model easily..
I got windy through the application,what do you mean by:
website?
through internet,it brings me to same site. -

ok , now I have understood what you mean.
and I got it back...but on the website, although there is a click to show or remove the wind arrows, I can't get them.
only on 3D where we have the whole earth...

Hi @mitch58, please sum this up for me. So you have your iPad and installed app of Windy? And you have problem with switching particles button in this app?
What version of app do you have? You can find this info at the bottom of the menu.

@Ondřej-Šutera originally, there was confusion between the app and the website. I think we've cleared that up.
But now...
I think @mitch58 is having an issue on the website. Wind animation works while in 3D mode, but for some reason isn't working while in 2D. This is in fact, odd behaviour hahaMy first thought @mitch58 is to go to settings and switch on "Graphic compatibility mode" - maybe that would help?

ok I got everything right again, in the set up menu there is a button of : graphic compatibility mode.
I put it on and arrows came back 👍🏽
