Limited area temperature bug

There seems to be a small area in Israel which could also be happening elsewhere that shows a much lower temperature than expected. I am attaching a movie so you can see.

However, I need further details, did you try to access these data from the same location (Israel)? Also, which model did you use, when this appears (ECMWF, GFS, ICON)?
