How to Recognise a Trough

How do I recognise a Trough on the animated graphic
I see them on a synoptic chart but don’t know how they will appear on Windy

A trough is an elongated area of relatively low pressure extending from the center of a region of low pressure.
To identify a trough, select Pressure layer and turn on Pressure isolines (isobars). Here is an example in Windy of Pressure layer with customised colors. -

@idefix37 so the trough is not marked on windy but identified by the elongated nature of the pressure line?
What about warm / cold front ?

Fronts are not shown in Windy because they are not plotted by weather models but by meteorologists.
