Cancel subscription

Hello, I’ve had an annual subscription to Windy and it was useful when I needed it. I don’t need Premium anymore, but it automatically renewed today for another year — is it possible to undo this renewal and be refunded for the annual fee that was charged today? Thanks.

Hi @benxie, I checked your subscription and you purchased Premium via AppStore, so you need to ask for the refund on this platform on your own, unfortunately, because we cannot process refunds of their purchases, even if it's subscription to our app.
