Only an administrator can change the username for a forum user. -

To change your username on the Windy Community forum (community.windy.com), you’ll need to ask an administrator for help, as users can’t change it themselves through the settings. The easiest way to do this is by logging in and either posting a request in the existing “Change Username Help” thread or creating a new topic.
