Problem with webcam image refresh time

Sorry for the inconvenience, I noticed that lately my webcam image updates slowly compared to the others (even those close to me) for example the others update about every 30 minutes, while mine almost every hour or sometimes even more than a 'now go to update ... The site is updated regularly I would rule out a problem with it ... I put the useful links below ...

I am having similar issues with webcams, i.e. the refresh time.
It would be helpful to get some insight into the process/algorithm for updating photos on windy.
As an example, many cameras only produce photos during daylight.
Then in some countries daylight is 24 hours for summer months while winter time could be down to 4 hours of daylight.
Is there any classification/process on how each camera is updated, and is it fixed in the initial approval ? -
@agteigarnet I am having a similar problem since about June. The camera will update during daytime hours and then stop after sunset only to resume as per normal the next day about every hour or so. I have tried reporting this on many occasions, but no-one seems to respond.... annoying to say the least
