UI miscoloring and graininess on iPad App

Hello! For the past week or so my iPad app has been showing odd colors but is otherwise functionally fine.
I tried to uninstall and reinstall the app, and also tried to "delete all my data from this device" and it did not make a difference. I also went section by section and tried to reset the colors, even though i've never customized colors.
I'm not sure how to reproduce it, but at one point in the past few days the Error Console had a message about a color and localStorage being off; will try to capture a screenshot next time i see it.
Any thoughts? Gut thinks it might be the localStorage is a bit off but I'm not sure how to clear that. Oddly enough on my iPad's Safari and Chrome browsers it show the same graininess, but not on my desktop.
