Twice in the past week it has been raining and the map shows no rain.
Other radar map apps show rain.

It looks to me like yo are not getting data from the Thunder Bay, Ontario, CA radar. When I look at Weather Network and others it shows rain.

@JeffLis Are you referring to CASSN radar site (Shuniah, located 48.595876°N 89.100129°W)? This radar site is under construction and according to GeoMet, it will should be operational during July:

@JeffLis @Filip_K Those other sites are utilizing XNI during the construction of the new dual-pol CASSN.
Not sure if that's something Windy can do as well (us XNI data in the interim).

@Filip_K CASSN in Shuniah, near Thunder Bay Ontario should be online now.
Just letting you know in case the switch didn't happen automatically.

Hi, same here. It is already raining in Kyiv and the map shows the rain in 75-90km distance.

Which map do You mean? There is no radar coverage for most of Ukraine:

@Filip_K I use layer rain or rain accumulation. Or rain and thunderstorms.

@Agashi that is forecast from numerical model, not actual observation.
