Raining when radar says no rain

Twice in the past week it has been raining and the map shows no rain.
Other radar map apps show rain. -

Other radar map apps show rain.It looks to me like yo are not getting data from the Thunder Bay, Ontario, CA radar. When I look at Weather Network and others it shows rain.

@JeffLis Are you referring to CASSN radar site (Shuniah, located 48.595876°N 89.100129°W)? This radar site is under construction and according to GeoMet, it will should be operational during July:

Yes that is the station. Other FREE websites shoe the radar data

Hi, same here. It is already raining in Kyiv and the map shows the rain in 75-90km distance.

Which map do You mean? There is no radar coverage for most of Ukraine:

@Filip_K I use layer rain or rain accumulation. Or rain and thunderstorms.

@Agashi that is forecast from numerical model, not actual observation.
