How do i get a refund for Windy Premium?

Hi, on 25 of June this year, I bought a Windy Premium. Order Reference ID: WINDY230625-9202-56356. I have Huawei Mate 50 Pro, and on Huawei phones notifications are not coming up (I could not find any informations about it) .Few days ago i wrote an question about it, and i did not get an answer to this day. I would like to get a refund. Greetings Marek.
