Radiosonde: Time inconsistent btwn heading and selection box

The heading time is 12:00Z in the heading at the top but the selection box at the bottom left shows 00:00Z. This is one of many time it happens.

@hangInThere I check the Radiosonde and I do not see any issue with it at the moment.
