forecasts would be much more accurate with more data!
windy data and my PWS differ by abt 2 Deg c.

Your statement is wrong. Windy visualizes data from weather models and does not make its own forecasts. These models are managed by major meteorological centers such as NOAA, ECMWF….
So if Windy collected more data from pws (personal weather stations) it would absolutely not increase the accuracy of the weather models!
