Widgets on Android stopped working after the last update

@madjoe @marcorotta Thank you for both feedbacks. We still work on fixing all possible issues and this topic has completely main priority now. I will keep you posted. Thank you for your patience.

@Ondřej-Šutera After some recent updates the behavior improved, indeed sometimes there is a notification showing up and the widget updates.
The main problem still remains for me that it does not update reliably. Sometimes it stops updating and I keep seeing the old forecast/temperature without knowing it, which is very bad. I would prefer to not rely on automatic updating at all if I could manually update each time, but the manual update doesn't work!
I think the biggest problem is that the manual update doesn't work. I can accept that the automatic updates can be buggy and not work on various platforms because of battery optimization, blocking of notifications etc. But why is it so difficult to make the manual update reliably work?

@Anton-Mellit Hi. Thanks for the feedback. We are planning to release a new version which should fix these issues, however I don't know the release date yet.

Hi, is there any info when we can expect the next update which improves the widget?
Any info when you plan to introduce shorter update cycles for the widget? -
@thomasn-1 Hi, we already started to release the new version, which should finally solve these issues, so it should be available for all users of Android devices in upcoming days.
We are really sorry about the delay with the update.

@Ondřej-Šutera just installed v39.3.2 and not seeing any obvious issues. GPS coordinates had been showing up in the widget in place of the City label in upper right corner. That is showing the City name now.

@Ondřej-Šutera I also confirm that v39.3.2 fixed all the problems I reported here. Thanks.

Version 39.3.2 seems to have fixed all issues with widget update. I can't tell how frequently the widget refreshes itself, but it's definitely refreshing. Thanks.
