Refund professional licence

Hi,
we would like a refund for our professional licence, which we purchased a couple of days ago.
Reason:
We bought the professional licence to get access to the radar layer. In our tests, it worked. Later, we found out, that this was a bug and the radar layer is not part of the professional licence.
For this reason, we cannot use windy.
