Trying to access Windy Premium?

I recently purchased Windy premium via my Apple ID, but I cannot access the features on my laptop or my iPhone apps. I logged in to contact admin but found I had no account so had to re register. Can someone please explain how I now access the features I am paying for? regards Mj
