        @Mayamacane There is a layer called "Weather Warnings" - if NOAA posted a weather warning it should show up using this layer.
        If not then provide that feedback with a screenshot and/or a location and someone can investigate.

                @Mayamacane

                It is still an experimental layer, and all types of warnings are not displayed, so you better rely on NWS warnings.

                  @idefix37 Thank you so much for looking at this and moderating.I love this app I am overwhelmed by the quantity and quality of it's information.
                  In South Florida,Heat Index(temp/humidity factor)is a crucial aspect daily for regulating personal outside activity as human ability to evaporate perspiration is affected.Thank you for your attention to this matter,allowing me,and everyone,to voice our observations,and having the best mobile weather app available.Thank you

                    Windy does not show a Heat index layer, but the Wet bulb temperature layer gives a good idea how crucial the temperature will be difficult for people with a strenuous activity.

                    You can in addition look at Extreme forecast layer which provides predictions about abnormal high temperatures.

                      @idefix37 Thank you for your service moderating and making helpful suggestions I will take all of these into consideration and try to study the meaning of wet bulb thermometer readings as it is not self explanatory or intuitive as:
                      90°F wet bulb temp =131F° heat index
                      95°F wet bulb temp =160F° heat index

                          I add my vote for a heat index map. The wet bulb temperature doesn't really capture how hot it is in a meaningful way. Today's (July 13) wet bulb temperature in Phoenix will be 73 degrees . Hmm... kinda underwhelming.

                            @Mayamacane I couldn't agree more, and while your at it add windchill since that's similar in cold weather.

                            These layers seem to be a matter of simple math based on the data that is there already.

                            I'm surprised it's not already a layer.
