Default forecast model

Please could the default forecast model be selected in startup options.
Here in UK south west the accuracy of ECMWF is poor and changing on every login tedious.

@idefix37 , this option doesn't work when launching from the widget. What's needed is a startup model setting that is retained regardless of how the app is launched.
