Location & My Location not working or inaccurate

My location changed to somewhere nearby but nowhere I have ever been.
Search function will not work, does not return or illicit any response.
This is the Web page and not on Mobile.
Mobile is correct. -

On website if your location setting is from GPS positioning, it may not work.
Set your location as Favorite and use it as start-up location.

The search location no longer finds my address.
It did before.
So I cannot save my location to favorites.
My laptop does not use GPS, but network location.
This has been working correctly for well over 1 1/2 years and has suddenly changed.
The Windy map no longer even shows my Road name.
Nor my house lot.
Sort of meaningless showing my location 30 miles away. -
Yes, the location on the web portion is hosed, the map background has changed no longer even showing my address..
I put in and saved my location in Milton Florida and when selected, takes me to an old address in Ellijay Georgia. -

I live in Avalon Beach.
The blue dot is the location the web page detects me.

My phone shows the correct location.

@Pittmarl This is caused by using IP geolocation on your desktop/laptop, which hasn't GPS as your mobile device. We cannot affect this.

I see a new announcement. The Web version has changed..
This problem has just recently occurred which means Windy.com did it.
What BS.

Nobody is lying ! Your issue is not related to the last update.
Again... your phone has a GPS positioning, not your PC.
Your PC only uses your IP address which is absolutely not precise.
Place a Favorite on the map where you live and use it as Start-up location. -
Well, it suddenly corrected location last week to something very close by. (within a mile) for several days.
This morning the location is 20 miles away.
If I put in my address (in Milton Florida), the map goes to Ellijay Georgia.
375 miles away in another state.
What on earth is wrong with that?
I have cleared caches multiple times.
Recently I have not.Google maps and all other GIS based location services work fine.
I can find an earbud in another room in my house.

@Pittmarl Hello, you can always save your exact location to your favorites and set it as default in settings.
