      Hallo zusammen,
      sowohl im Web als auch in der App wird am unteren Bildrand eine Temperatur-Skala in Grad Celsius angezeigt, von blau (links) bis dunkelrot (ganz rechts).
      Merkwürdigerweise beginnen die Gradzahlen links bei -33 Grad Celsius (minus 33 Grad) und enden im dunkelroten Bereich bei -73Grad Celsius (minus 73 Grad) !!!
      Das kann doch nicht sein, nach rechts müssten die Gradzahlen doch in den positiven Bereich steigen. Oder verstehe ich da etwas falsch?

        Hello,

        These temperatures in the Satellite infra+ layer are the temperatures measured by the satellite's infrared sensors on the cloud tops. The higher the clouds, the colder tops are detected. For example, anvil-shaped Cumulonimbus cloud tops at very high levels show the lowest temperatures.
        The colors in this temperature scale use red which is the sign of danger, for the lowest temperatures and therefore for the highest cloud tops. These are the most dangerous.
