App crashes, won’t install

Apple Watch 7, iOS 9.5.2. Premium subscription. App seems to install (Shows up in app grid view) but not responsive. Initially showed some submenu choices, but touching them did nothing. Deleted and reinstalled, shows up in app grid view, but never opens up- just get small windy icon in center screen with circle of dots moving around it, then just disappears and back to main watch screen.

@Richard-Fee Can you please specify the version of Windy, you have installed on your Apple Watch? You can check this at the bottom of the menu in Watch app.

@Ondřej-Šutera I’m having the same problem. The app won’t even load so there’s no way to see the windy version as you suggested.

@Richard-Fee I had the same problem but found a fix. Remove the windy app from your watch. Restart your watch and then reload the app on the watch. It worked for me after that.
