New interface for wave forecasts using an iPhone

The new changes makes it hard to view wave forecasts. I live off of Lake Michigan and the old version was perfect to view wave forecasts. Now the waves are shown at the top of the screen and time out after a few seconds. So, when I scroll across the days and hours I have to keep tapping the screen to get the wave forecasts to become visible. Not easy to use…. Can this be improved?
