Weatherpicker off-switch, please

The weatherpicker feature is very distracting. If there’s a way to turn it off I haven’t found it. I would love to have that option. Thanks.

I suppose you use the mobile app.
The new weather picker in the mobile app appears when you touch the screen with one finger. And during 3 seconds as default setting that you can modify. But if you want to scroll the map without the weather picker you can use 2 fingers. It works at least on iOS.
