I stupidly uprgaded to premium account without fully registering an account before hand on the website.

I'm surprised it allowed me to do so to be honest !??!?!?!

Please can my WINDY******** order reference be DM to me so i can access premium service of windy ?

I myself have paid three times to upgrade a premium which did not succeed.I did get two payments back in the meantime, though.Maybe Windy should check what can be improved at FastSping.I am done with it unfortunately.

However, Fastspring confirmed that they've never charged your card any payment and that all of your attempts were no successful even before their initialization, so your bank should know more about these.

If you made the payment via Fastspring, you had to use a different email address than s***b@**internet.com, because I wasn't able to find any purchase under this email.
