No order ref to restore permium access

Hello,
I stupidly uprgaded to premium account without fully registering an account before hand on the website.
I'm surprised it allowed me to do so to be honest !??!?!?!
Please can my WINDY******** order reference be DM to me so i can access premium service of windy ?

@sam_b Hi, did you purchase the Premium via Fastspring in the browser, or did you use AppStore or Google Play on your mobile device (in our app)? If you made the payment via Fastspring, you had to use a different email address than s***b@**internet.com, because I wasn't able to find any purchase under this email.

Is there any news to report yet have filed a complaint with Global collect who refer to Fastspring there is the problem.

@John-Salden Hi, I am sorry for the delay about the response. However, Fastspring confirmed that they've never charged your card any payment and that all of your attempts were no successful even before their initialization, so your bank should know more about these.
