Widget not working

i updated this app, after the update the widget is not working anymore. i am using huawei p60 pro. the previous version is working. but now it keeps on loading. i tried to troubleshoot thw widget by changing the permission but i doesn't work. so everytime i restart my device the widget keeps on loading
