premium account not activated after paypal purchase

Hi Folks,
I purchased a premium account memebership using Paypal. I've confirmed the 18.99 charge has processed/ confirmed on my linked credit card but my premium features are not active and I have not received any emails from Windy with a activation code. Where can I get some help as the customer support address I found said they are part of different windy service and can't assist me with my issue.
