Rain Flag not In/Hr but mm/Hr

I have my settings preferences set to inches per hour. The flag that comes up on the weather map only shows mm/hr. Am I missing another control that changes the instantaneous flag value from mm/hr to in/hr like the settings for rain fall or is this a bug? Thank you.

If you speak about "flag value" I guess you use the browser version.
And if you talk about in/h, I suppose that concerns the Weather radar layer. Am I right?
In Setting you can change the units for Radar to get dBz, mm/h or in/h.
In the browser version, in addition, you can change the units here:
